Thirteenth Floor is based out of Akron, Ohio. 

Do you have a storefront we can visit?

We no longer have a brick and mortar shop, but we do have our online store that is open 24/7 365 days of the year, and our pop-up shop we set up at numerous comic cons and art shows throughout the year. You can see when we'll be in a town near you by visiting our EVENTS page.

Can we come to the Thirteenth Floor warehouse to pick-up orders and/or shop?
No, the Thirteenth Floor warehouse is NOT open to the public. This is strictly enforced.

Further explanation.... We do try and respond to all questions and concerns via social media, but it's tough. Sometimes comments and/or questions will get buried in our notifications and we literally will never see them. People will send us direct 
messages and comment on posts, SUPER old posts, ads etc. It is very difficult to manage, hence why we urge you to use the CONTACT FORM or email us at: cs@thirteenthfloor.us

We do ship worldwide. The cost of shipping varies from place to place.

How much does international shipping cost? Do I have to pay customs fees?
International shipping costs vary worldwide, please go through the check out process to view your total beforehand.

The customer is responsible for any and all VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you are ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.
